Alo.rs was launched in 2007 and is an online outlet of the daily newspaper Alo! Content that Alo.rs is publishing is not so informativ and political, but more in a tabloid style. The online media outlet was founded and published by Ringier ltd. Since the founding of Swiss-German Ringier Axel Springer in 2010, this company has been owner and publisher of Alo.rs, until July 2017, when the Alo media outlets were sold to the new company.
New owner of Alo.rs is Sasa Blagojevic through his newly-established company - Dnevne novine Alo.
Sasa Blagojevic, is also the director and one of the owners of marketing and consultancy agency Trilenium, but is unknown to the public in Serbia, since he is new to the media market. Furthermore, news media in Serbia have reported that Sasa Blagojevic maintains close ties to the ruling Serbian Progressive Party.
He founded the company Dnevne novine Alo in March 2017, three months before Ringier published the statement in which it announced the sale of Alo media outlets.

Since December 2015 Vukajlovic is the Editor-in-Chief of Alo daily newspaper. He replaced Ivan Corbic, who returned to the position of editor of the daily Blic, before going to Kurir. Duško Vukajlovic is with Ringier Axel Springer since 1998, working first as a political editor until 2006 and from 2006 to 2007 he was editor of the daily newspaper Kurir. In August 2007 he returned to Ringier Axel Springer, since then he has been the executive editor of the daily newspaper ALO.

In July 2014 Ringier AG has agreed on a long-term relationship with KKR, a leading global investment company. KKR will have 49% shares in each of Ringier's daughter companies operating in the digital area - Scout24 Schweiz AG and Omnimedia AG. In the future, Ringier AG and KKR will work together on the development of digital activities and activities in the field of online marketing and advertising company Ringier on the Swiss market.
